夏至嬉水活動  Summer Solstice Water Playing Activity


對象: 幼兒班至高班幼兒

Target: K1-3 student 


活動目標:

3-4歲幼兒能認識夏天的消暑活動

4-5歲幼兒能享受與同伴嬉水的樂趣

5-6歲幼兒能透過中國農曆知道夏至的來臨 


Objectives:

3-4 year old children can recognize summer activities

4-5 year old children can enjoy the fun of playing water with their peers

5-6 year old children can know the arrival of summer solstice through the Chinese Lunar Calendar 


活動簡介:

老師於主題課中講述夏至的意思,幼兒明白夏至的意思是夏日的來臨,所以舉行夏至嬉水活動,讓幼兒於炎炎夏日中感受嬉水帶來的涼快感覺。幼兒也可藉此活動認識游泳衣著及嬉水的用具,也可透過一些小實驗知道水向下流的科學元素。  


Introduction:

The teacher explain the meaning of the summer solstice in the theme class, children understand that the summer solstice means the arrival of summer. Therefore, they hold a summer solstice water play activity to let the children feel the coolness by playing water in the summer. Children can also learn about swimming clothes and water playing equipment in this activity, also the can learn about the scientific elements of water flowing downwards through some experiments. 

中國民間遊戲—扇雞活動  Chinese Folk Games - Fan Chicken Activity

3-4歲幼兒能享受與同伴玩遊戲的樂趣

4-5歲幼兒能認識中國民間遊戲

5-6歲幼兒能運用扇子進來移動氣球,探索風的力量 


Objectives:

3-4 year old children can enjoy the fun of playing games with their peers

4-5 year old children can learn about Chinese folk games

5-6 year old children can use fans to move balloons and explore the power of the wind 


活動簡介:

中國民間遊戲有很多,其中一個遊戲為「扇雞」,幼兒需運用扇子來移動小雞氣球進籠子內,模擬古代人運用扇子把雞趕進籠子內 


Introduction:

There are many folk games in China, one of which is "Fan Chicken". Children need to use paper fan to move a chicken balloon into the cage, imitating ancient people's use of fans to push the chicken into the cage. 

端午節慶祝活動 Celebration of Dragon Boat Festival


對象: 幼兒班至高班幼兒

Target: K1-3 student 


活動目標:

3-4歲幼兒能從遊戲中享受中國傳統節日—端午節的樂趣

4-5歲幼兒能學習賽龍舟

5-6歲幼兒能認識不同端午節的慶祝活動及應節食品 


Objectives:

3-4 year old children can enjoy the traditional Chinese festival - Fun in Dragon Boat Festival 

4-5 year old children can learn to race Dragon Boat 

5-6 year old children can know different Dragon Boat Festival celebrations and festive food 


活動簡介:

活動當天,老師在主題課中向幼兒介紹端午節的由來,並安排幼兒於分組活動及體能活動時進行賽龍舟的活動,讓幼兒感受端午節的氣氛。除此以外,老師也安排幼兒於分組時間製作龍舟的圖工,讓幼兒先欣賞不同龍舟的外貌,再進行設計。在茶點時間中,老師更讓幼兒品嚐粽子,並配以淡茶解膩。除了鹹肉粽外,老師也準備了鹼水粽讓非華語幼兒品嚐,讓他們都能感受端午節的歡樂氣氛。 


Introduction:

On that day, the teacher introduce the origin of Dragon Boat Festival to children in the theme class and arrange children to race Dragon Boat in group activities and physical activities, so that children can feel the atmosphere of Dragon Boat Festival. In addition, teacher also arrange children to make drawings of Dragon Boat, so that children can enjoy the appearance of different Dragon Boat before designing. During tea time, the teacher let children taste rice dumpling and tea to relieve greasiness. Apart from the meat dumplings, teacher also prepare alkaline water dumplings for non Chinese children, so that they can feel the happy atmosphere of Dragon Boat Festival. 

獅山.元岡團拜活動Lion Club of Lion Rock, HK and Yuen Kong Kindergarten Reunion after Lunar New Year


對象: 幼兒班至高班幼兒

活動目標:

3-4歲幼兒能說出不同新年的祝福語

4-5歲幼兒能認識拜年背後的意義是呈現孝道的文化之一

5-6歲幼兒能運用中國的茶道來表達對長輩的尊重和敬意 


Objectives:

3-4 year old children can say different New Year's greetings 4-5 year old children can recognize the meaning behind New Year's greetings, which is one of the cultures that present filial piety. 

5-6 year old children can use Chinese tea ceremony to express respect and respect to the elders 


活動簡介:

 社區慈善團體—獅子山獅子會得知本校較多貧困家庭,故聯絡本校舉行了一次團拜活動,以贈送生活物資予我校幼兒。幼兒得知後,主動提出以剛學習的泡茶活動答謝嘉賓。活動當天,高班幼兒把所學到的茶技應用出來,奉茶予嘉賓喝茶,充份體現尊重和好客的一面。而低班和幼兒班也會向嘉賓表演跳茶舞和說新年祝賀語,體現了中國文化中對人際關係的重視。 


Introduction:

The Lion Club of Lion Rock, HK, a community charity organization, was informed that there are many impoverished families in our school. Therefore, they contacted our school to hold a group worship event to give living supplies to our children. After learning about it, children actively offered to thank the guests with the tea making activity they had just learned. On that day, K3 class children applied the tea skills they had learned and offered tea to the guests, fully reflecting their respect and hospitality. The K1-2 children also perform tea dances and say New Year's greetings to guests, reflecting the importance placed on interpersonal relationships in Chinese culture. 

煮涼茶活動Making Chinese Herbal Tea Activity


對象: 幼兒班至高班幼兒

活動目標:

3-4歲幼兒能欣賞中華傳統飲食文化

4-5歲幼兒能嘗試清潔和處理木棉花

5-6歲幼兒能認識製作五花茶的步驟


Objectives:

3-4 years old children can appreciate traditional Chinese food culture 

4-5  years old children can try to clean and handle  Kapok 

5-6  years old children can understand the steps of making floral herbal tea 


活動簡介:

 承傳學校傳統,每年老師會善用大自然的環境與幼兒到校園門外撿拾掉落的木棉花來煮涼茶-「五花茶」,老師向幼兒解釋煮涼茶除了令身體更健康,也讓幼兒明白喝涼茶是傳統中華飲食文化之一,幼兒會幫忙撿木棉花並樂意處理它們,如:幫忙清洗、串起和曬乾,最後品嚐五花茶的味道。 

Introduction:

According to our school tradition, every year teacher make good use of the natural environment and invite children to go outside of school to pick up kapok and make herbal tea - "Floral Herbal Tea". Teachers will explain to children that making herbal tea not only make their body healthier, but also help them understand that making herbal tea is one of the traditional Chinese food culture. Children will help to pick kapok and handle it, such as cleaning, stringing, and drying them. 

農曆新年年宵活動Lunar New Year Fair Stall Activity


對象: 幼兒班至高班幼兒 及 舊生

Target: K1-3 student and graduates


活動目標:

3-4歲幼兒能透過舉辦年宵市場,讓幼兒認識中國傳統節日慶祝活動

4-5歲幼兒能欣賞國家的文化,建立愛國的情懷

5-6歲幼兒能體驗不同中國傳統技藝,如:轉碟、手工製作等

3-6歲幼兒及畢業生能培養親子關係,感受中國傳統節日的歡樂氣氛

Objectives:

3-4 years old children can learn about Chinese traditional festival celebration through Lunar New Year Fair Stall 

4-5  years old children can appreciate the Chinese culture and establish patriotic sentiment 

5-6  years old children can experience different traditional Chinese skills, such as spinning discs, handmade crafts, etc.

3-6 years old children and graduates can cultivate parent-child relationship and experience the joyful atmosphere of traditional Chinese festival


活動簡介:

本校誠邀家長在學校籌辦不同年宵攤位,內容包括遊戲、手工藝和小食嚐試等。透過幼兒與家人共同參與,除了讓幼兒享受親子時間外,也透過不同攤位活動建立幼兒對中國農曆新年的認識體驗中國傳統文化的特色。 

Introduction:

Our school sincerely invites parents to organise different Lunar New Year Fair stalls at school, which include games, handcrafts and snacks tasting. Children get to enjoy some quality parent-child time, different stall activities are also used to establish children's understanding of the Chinese Lunar New Year and experience the characteristics of traditional Chinese culture.

4-5歲幼兒能認識各種點心及中國茶的種類,欣賞中國的傳統食物的味道

 5-6歲幼兒能認識飲茶文化和禮儀 ,模仿「叩茶禮」動作,培養表達謝意的態度  

Objectives:

3-4 years old children can learn Chinese table manners through tasting Dim sum 

4-5  years old children can know all kinds of dim sum and Chinese tea, appreciate the taste of traditional Chinese food 

5-6  years old children can understand tea drinking culture and etiquette, imitate the action of "hand knocking tea ceremony", cultivate an attitude of expressing gratitude 


活動簡介:

本校帶領上午班及下午班分別到錦田名門讌客及伊斯蘭中心餐廳上茶樓,體驗中國傳統的飲食文化。幼兒能夠觀察及了解茶樓的運作及不同的食物種類,也能與同伴一起學習閲讀點心紙並落單,最後能一起品嚐美味的點心。 

Introduction:

Our school bring the A.M. and P.M. classes to the Kam Tin Wealth Banquet Restaurant & Islamic Centre Canteen, to experience traditional Chinese culinary culture. Children can observe and understand the operation of Chinese restaurant and the different kinds of food. They can also learn to read the menu together with their peers and order food.At the end, they can enjoy delicious dim sum together.

2023 中華文化藝術週 Chinese culture and art weeks

活動目標:

3-4歲幼兒能透過欣賞不同中國藝術品的美,引發對中國藝術的興趣 

4-5歲幼兒能嘗試創作不同的中國藝術品,了解中國的文化內涵和獨特的民族特色 

5-6歲幼兒能認識不同的中國藝術品,深入體會中國文化對細節、內涵和意境的重視 

Objectives:

3-4 years old children can arouse their interest in Chinese art by appreciating the beauty of different Chinese artworks.

4-5  years old children can try to create different Chinese artworks and understand Chinese cultural connotation and unique national characteristics.

5-6  years old children can recognize different Chinese artworks and deeply understand the emphasis that Chinese culture places on details, connotations and artistic conceptions.


活動簡介:

本校舉辦了中華藝術文化週,讓幼兒透過不同藝術文化活動,如: 青花瓷設計、耍功夫、書法、製作麵粉娃娃等,為幼兒建立對中華文化的欣賞和自豪感,從而培養幼兒的國民身分認同。 

Introduction:

Our school held a Chinese Culture and Art Week to allow children to build their appreciation and pride in Chinese culture through different art and cultural activities, such as blue and white porcelain design, kung fu, calligraphy, making flour dolls, etc., to cultivate their national identity.

 2023 升旗活動 Flag Raising Activity


對象: 幼兒班至高班幼兒

Target: K1-3 student 


活動目標:

3-4歲幼兒能從小開始認識自己國家的國旗和國歌 

4-5歲幼兒能建立尊重國歌、國旗及升旗儀式的態度

5-6歲幼兒能知道升國旗儀式時應當遵守的禮儀 

Objectives:

3-4 years old children can learn the national flag and national anthem of their own country from an early age

4-5 years old children can develop an attitude of respecting the national anthem, the national flag and the flag-raising ceremony.

5-6 years old children can know the etiquette that should be observed during the flag-raising ceremony


活動簡介:

本校高班幼兒帶領全校師生舉行升國旗儀式,培養幼兒的國家觀念和民族感情,以及加強學生對國民身分的認同。  

Introduction:

Our K3 children led all teachers and students in the school to hold a national flag-raising ceremony to cultivate children's national concepts and feelings, and to strengthen students' identification with national identity.

活動簡介:

為慶祝中秋節,本校特邀家長與幼兒一同參加本校舉行的「中秋晚會」活動。此活動除了增進親子及師生之間的關係,更能讓幼兒感受到中秋節的氣氛和認識節日中的習俗,還能欣賞美好的月色,一同共渡歡樂團團的節日! 

Introduction:

To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, our school invites parents and children to join the celebration of “Mid-Autumn Festival Party” Activity. 本校在課堂中預備了不同活動來慶祝中秋節,希望幼兒能透過製作小食、美藝和音體活動讓幼兒感受中秋節的節日氣氛,培養幼兒熱愛中國傳統節日。 

Introduction:

Our school has prepared different activities during lesson to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. We hope that children can feel the festive atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival through snack making, art, music and sports activities and cultivate their love for traditional Chinese festivals.

活動簡介:

本校在農曆新年前夕與幼兒一起進行各項慶祝活活動包括在園地摘生菜壓年、書寫揮春、舞獅等來讓幼兒認識農曆新年的傳統活動,增進幼兒華文化的認識 

Introduction:

On the eve of the Lunar New Year, our school carries out various celebration activities with children, including picking lettuce, writing Red banners, lion dancing, etc. to let children understand the traditional activities of the Lunar New Year and enhance their understanding of Chinese culture.
