Spark Cleaner Terms of Service

Welcome to Spark Cleaner. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Spark Cleaner mobile application (the "Application") provided by Yuemu Unlimited ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the Application on your Android device strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. User Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
Modify, adapt, improve, or create derivative works from the Application.
Use the Application for any illegal purposes or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Use the Application to distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Basis: The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.Â
Functional Limitations: Spark Cleaner is a utility tool designed to help free up storage space. We do not guarantee that the Application will recover a specific amount of space or speed up your device permanently.
No Liability for Data Loss: We are not responsible for any accidental deletion of data caused by user operations (e.g., manually confirming the deletion of files recommended for cleaning). Please ensure you review files before executing deep cleans.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or device damage).
4. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its source code, design, graphics, UI/UX, and trademarks (including "Spark Cleaner"), are the exclusive property of Yuemu Unlimited and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
