On April 1st, 2025, Dr. Yue attended the poster section of Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics (OSSM) high school student researchers at the 50th GREAT Symposium at OU Health Sciences to support Ramon Kennedy, her direct mentee, and other OSSM seniors Judy Liu and Joanna Liu. Great job, everyone! Over the years, Dr. Yue enjoyed mentoring OSSM high school students in her Drug Metabolism classroom, laboratory, and at poster presentations.

On Sept. 28, 2024, The Yue lab celebrated Pascaline for successfully passing the general exam and becoming a PhD candidate. Together with high school seniors from Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics and local community, the Yue lab conducted community service at the Oak Ridge Estates mobile home park in Edmond, OK. They led 'Science for Fun' activities, teaching kids how to extract DNA from strawberries and create a 'DNA necklace,' while sharing their joy of research with the community.
Jadance Black joined the Yue Lab for her first rotation in the Postbaccalaureate Research Education Program (PREP) in June 10th-July 5th, 2024. Jadance graduated from the Cameron University in Spring 2024. Welcome Jadance!
