I was born and raised in Inner Mongolia and professionally trained in Economics in Italy. My research mainly focuses on exploring historical institutions' long-term impact on outcomes and analyzing the effects of exogenous events on human capital accumulation.

In 2020, my wife and I met two newly born kittens (Leo and Imouto) on campus and decided to adopt them. Leo is a handsome and naughty boy; Imouto is timid but super cute. Then we got another kitten Panini, who is a typical rebellious boy. We love them dearly and are planning to bring them to Japan.
