This is an activity I've been involved in for a while. It starts with the innocuous question of: how do you refer to the students of a particular professor?

I am a student of Michael Hutchings. Around 2018, the students of Michael collectively decided to call ourselves the  Hutchlings (Michael is also aware of this, and I think this is somewhat official now).      

What about other professors? There are some folklore results in circulation, for instance, students of S.S. Chern should call themselves the "Chern Class". Students of Gang Tian should call themselves the "Tian Gang".

Below is a compilation of such results, in various degrees of confirmation (some I've brought simply brought up with their students, some I've brought up with the professor themselves).
