I am a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy at Harvard University. I work in epistemology and ethics. In general, I'm interested in how the ways we think about or think with other persons can constitute intimacy, alienation, loneliness, solidarity, and other forms of interpersonal relatedness. My dissertation is about wondering, companionship, and faith, and my committee includes Selim Berker (chair), Richard Moran, and Quinn White.
Before coming to Harvard, I studied Chemistry and Philosophy at Mount Holyoke College. I'm originally from China. My family now lives in Beijing, but I'm more attached to Guangzhou.
