I am a financial economist working on market microstructure, asset pricing, and the economics of artificial intelligence (AI). Using large-scale data, causal inference, and machine learning, I study how securities regulations shape U.S. equity markets, how AI adoption affects firm dynamics, and how investors price and finance the AI boom. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University and served on the finance faculty at Peking University HSBC Business School from 2022 to 2026.
