On Saturday 7 September, almost 40 of our members set off from Hengoed Train Station to Tiny Rebel Brewery, Rogerstone for our (now) annual "Tiny Rebel Run".  Taking on about 10 miles, our members ran, walked and cycled along the Sirhowy cycle path, through Risca and Rogerstone to reach the finish line.  An amazing effort from everyone who participated and help organise this event!

Members took on the annual Caerphilly 10k on a warm and sunny Sunday morning, an excellent turn out and some fantastic PBs for many of those involved.
