YSLDigiTech – Payment Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

• All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course/session unless a specific payment plan is agreed upon in writing.
  
  

• Payments can be made via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or other accepted modes.
  
  

• Course access (for online programs) or admission (for offline programs) is granted only upon receipt of full payment.
  
  

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at YSLDigiTech strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our training services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested.

3-Day Refund Policy

• Students are eligible to request a full refund within 3 calendar days from the date of payment or course commencement (whichever is earlier).
  
  

• Refunds will only be processed if:
  
  

  • The course/training has not been fully accessed or utilized.
    
    

  • The refund request is made in writing via email to ysldigitech@gmail.com with valid reason.
    
    

Non-Refundable Cases

• No refund will be granted after 3 days of payment/enrollment.
  
  

• Refunds are not applicable if:
  
  

  • Course material has been accessed beyond 20%.
    
    

  • Physical attendance in more than one class/session has occurred.
    
    

  • The student is found in violation of any code of conduct or misuse of services.
    
    

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  
  

• Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
  
  

3. Course Transfers or Adjustments

• A student may choose to transfer to another batch or course within the first 7 days of enrollment, subject to availability and management approval.
  
  

• No additional charges will apply for course transfers within the same fee bracket.
  
  

4. Dispute Resolution

• In case of any disputes regarding course content, delivery, or payment, the student is advised to contact us at ysldigitech@gmail.com.
  
  

• All disputes shall be governed under the jurisdiction of Nashik, Maharashtra courts.
