These are the standard terms of Client Business of YSD Planners (YSDP), and all work undertaken by YSDP shall be on these terms unless specifically varied in writing and agreed to by both parties prior to the event.
1.1 Booking Confirmation Subject to 50% Advance Payment (through Cash or Bank Transfer)
1.2 The Event timings (starting and ending) shall be communicated in advance so that necessary labour and resources can be managed at our end to avoid any inconvenience at both ends.
2.1 Methods of Payment:
Cash Payment
Bank transfer (Bank details will be communicated with client after confirmation of booking)
2.2 Balance Due – the balance of the total fee shall be payable within 3 working days after the event.
2.3 Any additional expenses resulting from any changes made by the Client would be charged accordingly.
3.1 All the decorative supplies and valuables provided are on rental basis which would be taken back after the event. If the client is interested in an item, there might be an option provided for purchase which is at the discretion of the Creative Head.
3.2 On the event of items getting damaged due to negligence the full cost would be paid by the client.
4.1 Information and Data belonging to the client used by YSDP for the booking purpose will remain the sole property of the client.
4.2 YSDP may use and edit data such as photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
5.1 This clause applies to the following: where the client (a) cancels the entire event, (b) cancels partial use of the facilities for the event or (c) reduces the duration or services as a result of which the contracted value is reduced.
5.2 Cancellation charges will apply and extend to the total charge which includes: any required accommodation, function room hire, equipment and pre-booked food and beverage charges. In addition, the client will settle any third-party charges incurred by YSDP on behalf of the client if it is not communicated 3 days before the event.
5.3 YSDP reserves the right to cancel the client’s booking if there has been a change of more than 40% of the client’s original contract. Written notification will be sent to the client.
