We collect your device's location to create route trails and track your sale visits.This includes collecting location data in the background while the app is not actively in use to ensure your route is accurately recorded. This data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.

Photos and Camera Access:

You may choose to take photos within the App. All photos are saved directly to your device's Photos library. We do not access, store, or transmit your photos to any external servers.

Microphone and Speech Recognition:

We require access to your device's microphone to allow you to dictate notes with your voice. Speech recognition is processed by Apple's servers in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not store or transmit your voice recordings or transcriptions to our own servers.

Motion and Fitness Data:

We use motion activity data to detect whether you are walking or driving.This is used solely to improve GPS accuracy and filter out stationary movements.This data remains on your device and is not shared externally.

2. How We Use Your Information

All data collected by the App is used solely to provide you with the core functionality of tracking routes, managing crumb markers, storing notes, and organizing your sales, travel and logging history. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.

3. Data Storage and Security

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate backend servers or cloud storage for user data. Your information is protected by your device's built-in security features, including encryption and passcode/biometric authentication.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to any third parties. The only external service involved is Apple's speech recognition service when you use voice notes, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• You can disable location services, camera access, microphone access, or speech recognition permissions at any time through your device settings.

• You can delete all app data by uninstalling the App from your device.

• You can manage or delete photos taken within the App through your device's Photos app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and the "Effective Date" at the top will be updated. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
