TEAM SUMMARY
Our Team:
We are a team of Computer Science students with a shared interest in cybersecurity, machine learning, and real-world software engineering. As AI continues to reshape how people work, communicate, and secure information, we wanted to explore both its potential and its risks.
Our project investigates how AI can be weaponized for attacks, such as phishing, prompt injection, and scam URL generation, while also demonstrating how AI-powered defenses can detect and mitigate these threats. Our goal is to understand AI not just as a powerful tool, but as a dual-use technology that demands both responsible and secure design.
Our Mission:
To analyze how AI can both exploit and defend digital systems, and to build a deeper understanding of LLM safety through hands-on experimentation with real attack/defense workflows.
