This 14 day Bootcamp will change You
I am a child at heart, a mother of five, a lifelong learner, and a teacher with a beacon of wisdom to share. My journey is one that many may not fully understand, but that’s okay—because I do. I was raised in a way that shaped my mind differently, making me question everything I thought I knew. Life has been a series of lessons—some beautiful, some painful, and some twisted enough to challenge the very core of my beliefs. But through it all, I have gained a unique perspective—one that fuels my purpose today.
We often pour so much of ourselves into others, focusing on their happiness while unknowingly letting our own light dim. We smile for the world, even when we’ve long forgotten how to smile for ourselves. It’s the empty cup situation—we give, we pour, we serve, but without replenishment, we run dry. Some of us make it to the bottom of that cup, losing ourselves completely, landing in places we never imagined. But I’ve learned that our circumstances do not define us—what we do with them does.
You can just control what you can. Let go of what you can’t. That realization didn’t come easy. It took losing people, friendships, and even the warmth of family ties. Not because they left physically, but because distance grew where connection once thrived. When I had something to offer, I was surrounded. The silence became louder than words when I had nothing left to give. Maybe I disappeared. They lost sight of me. Or maybe, just maybe, they only saw what I could provide—not who I am.
But here’s the thing—I don’t hold onto resentment. Ignorance feeds ignorance. The world moves as it was conditioned to, and many never question what’s beyond the surface. Some only go as far as the education they were given, never daring to explore further. I did what I was told—graduated college, and worked hard, but instead of fulfillment, I was left with debt and a life that wasn’t mine. I woke up inside a Matrix, I am now unplugging.
This space—YROTS—isn’t just a platform. It’s a light in the dark. A voice for those who feel unseen. A reminder that we matter as much as the rest of the world. Too often, we get lost trying to fit in, when in reality, we were meant to stand out. I created YROTS to shine a light on us—on the ones who have felt forgotten, on those seeking to reclaim their power, and on those who are still searching for themselves.
We are everything, and everything is we.
