ICSE Board Results 2019
Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination is a private board of the country which is specifically designed for the purpose of providing the examination in the general education.
The council is engaged in conducting three examinations which are the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (Class X), The Indian School Certificate (ClassXII) and the Certificate in Vocational Education (Year 12).
The council will conduct the class 10th exam at the end of the month of February. For the session 2017-18, the class 10th exams were initiated from 26th February 2018 and were ended on 28th March 2018. Therefore, it is expected that during the same period of time, the council will conduct the exams for the session of class 10 2018-19.
The authorities will announce the ICSE 10th result 2019 at the official website; www.cisce.org. Generally, soon after the completion of exams, the result is declared by the council. In 2018, the result was announced in the second week of May 2018. The students who appeared in the exam were able to check the result by entering the UID and Index Number along with Captcha.
The council has offered 48 subjects to the registered students.
There were total 1034 schools which presented students in India as well as Abroad for the ISC Examination. The total number of candidates appeared in the exam in 2018 were 80,880.
The total number of boys appeared in the exam were 43,052 in which only 40,883 were able to pass in the exam and 2,169 got failed in the exam.
On the other hand, the total number of girls appeared in the exam were 37,828 in which only 36,933 were able to pass in the exam and 895 got failed in the exam.
The overall pass percentage for class 10th in the year 2018 was 96.30%. However, it was 96.47% in the year 2017.
The performance of boys was lacking behind the performance of girls in the result of ISC 2018.
