Venue

The meeting will take place at room 1.02, Building 12 (Escola de Ciências, Universidade do Minho) in Guimarães (see map below). 

Guimarães is a very charming town which was the Cultural Capital of Europe in 2012 and the European City of Sport 2013. It also has a great historical meaning, being the birthplace of Portugal. UNESCO granted its Historic City Centre the distinction of "World Heritage Site" in 2001.

It can easily be reached from Oporto by rail. There is also a direct bus connecting the Oporto airport with Guimarães.
