What can I do regarding Historical Research?

• Request historical research on specific Siskiyou County places, events, and people ~ our charge is only $15 per hour. Contact information is below.

• Research subjects, photos, etc., at the joint history library online catalog here: History Alliance Online Catalog (The library holds materials from Yreka Preservation, The Siskiyou County Historical Society, and the Genealogical Society of Siskiyou County.

• Members can use the joint History Library free of charge with an appointment.

  • • The Library is located at: The Former Gold Street School, 321 North Gold Street, Rooms 8 & 9, Yreka, CA 96097.

    • Non-members can use the joint History Library for a nominal fee per day by appointment.
