I went to the website theweather.com and couldn't find how to get to the widget option from home page. Once I clicked on your link straight to , I could get to the creation options. However, Brave browser didn't like the page for some reason. There were no scroll bars. Switched to Chrome browser... all good. Thanks for the find.

I'm setting up the lockscreen on my new iPhone 12. While editing I saw that location services were off, but I set the widgets anyway intending to turn them on later. So on my lock screen my widgets were blank. I turned on location services under settings>privacy AND under "weather." Still blank. I returned to "wallpaper" to delete and re-add the widgets. NOW while editing I can see the local conditions in the widgets. (I couldn't before). So, good, right? Fixed! Wrong. The widgets on the lockscreen are still blank. I can see conditions for a split second when I first turn my screen on with the right side button but they go blank immediately. I have toggled location services off then back on, I have restarted the phone (waiting 30 seconds!). The iOS is up to date. What am I missing?

I have wifi on and two cellular bars. Like I said, I can see the current conditions *in the widgets* while in the editing screen and sometimes when I first click the lock screen on from dark with the right side button. The data is there, it's just not displaying on the lockscreen for some reason.

I have a similar problem, except I am on a 5th generation iPad Air running iPadOS 17.1.2, and, as posted above by Connorbranscome, I allowed access to lock screen widgets when locked from the beginning. Turning that function off or on does nothing to fix the bug. How do I fix it?

Hello Bianca, thank you for looking into this. That is correct, I need a bar graph with the items grouped by month,( the X axis displaying all months Jan-Dec) and stacked by the value of the invoice amount.

If the timeline value is not supported on the chart widget, could be swapped by a date value? (Where the date is the first day of the month we are expecting the payment?) Would that work?

For example: You cannot complete, or interact with tasks within the widgets from Things, when you click the widget you will get redirected to the app itself where you can complete a task. According to te makers of Things 3 this is because of Apple limitations for widgets at this moment. I like the stacking of widgets.

It would be very handy to have a widget showing multiple counts of items, for different custom perspectives, along with the perspective names.

This helps having a more clear separation between different planning contexts (e.g. splitting work vs personal tasks)

Hi. I did something similar (though not so pretty). I merged in my latest calendar events too and made calendar events link back to fantastical, OF tasks link to OF, and inbox/flagged/due link back to the appropriate forecast page. I even threw in the weather summary for the day which links back to carrot.

(also - on a somewhat related note - I've noticed a small bug with the widgets menu, where if something closes it (like clicking elsewhere on screen or if the screenshot box opens up, for example), it will not open again unless you slide left on the touchpad as though you're closing it and then slide in the opposite direction to open it back up.)

EDIT: Have you thought about using the onecall api data for the 4-day forecast? The api delivers the daily minimum and maximum values, so you dont need a calculation (and it is a bit more precise ). You only need a second thing.

Based on the error message in the console, I assume that there is a general error from the avada theme on your website. can you open a support topic with them? if the problem with the weather forecast widget still persists, please let us know again.

Found the issue, checked console and apparently there was an admin error saying title was not set. Have no clue why it was not shown in output page but as soon as I added a title the forecast was shown.

included is only darksky.

maybe someone else has created a widget for other weather but i didnt see anyone post it on the forum.

but you always could use all sensor entities that are in HA, only not with the weather widget.

but more customisable would be very nice.

1 widget where you could use sensors from any kind of weather platform and even the possibility to mix them up.

people might want a weather widget with prediction today and tommorow but without high and/or low for instance.

A nudge to check out WeatherStrip, which offers a unique one-glance horizontal graphical display of Temp, Precip Percent, Precip Accumulation, Cloud Cover Percent (very nice feature!), and wind speed and gusts. Easy to see the coming hours and scroll to see a week to come. Can choose/ toggle between NOAA and Foreca forecasts. Widget can show one day or three.

Any ideas how to fix it? Maybe it should be fixed in some FW udpate? I've turned off battery optimizer for Weather app but still without effect - need to perform refresh manually every time I want to have fresh weather forecast.

I had the same problem I have the epix since few days,so still at the first charge and few run therefore I had no much time to play with it. At the beginning the meteo widget was working properly. Then in the last 2 days it started to show "waiting for data" message. My original issue was after an application update - the widget stopped updating. I had to save the widgets configuration - then the widget would update.

It will take another app update to see if the widget is good. I think Duane is on the right track.

What I found though, is that about anything you can do kicks it in the pants and brings manual update function back;. Open app (via widget or icon), enter widget config and just cancel, open widget config and save, open widget config and hit the back button on phone, reboot phone. All of these will re-enable the widget manual update on this phone (Pixel 2, Pie, Apr sec update, rooted).

I got curious, so I set my sleep function to 30 minutes. Then I made sure the widget manual update was functional, waited one minute, doing nothing, and checked it. Manual update still worked. I then waited 2 minutes, checked it. Manual update was frozen. Dead. Not working.
