YoYo Dev Studio ("we," "our," or "us") operates various mobile applications available on the Google Play Store (collectively referred to as the "Applications"). Although we do not collect your personal information, the Application utilizes trusted third-party services that may automatically collect data used to identify you, optimize performance, and serve advertisements.
These third-party providers may collect information such as your device’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

Google Firebase (Analytics and Crash Reporting): We use Firebase to understand how users interact with our Application and to monitor app stability. Firebase may collect device identifiers, installation UUIDs, and anonymized usage statistics to help us fix bugs and improve performance.
Google AdMob (Advertising): We use AdMob to display advertisements in the Application. AdMob uses cookies, mobile advertising identifiers (such as Android's Advertising ID), and tracking technologies to deliver personalized or non-personalized advertisements based on your interests.

2. Children's Privacy
Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions within the EU). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately.
3. Compliance with Privacy Regulations
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Compliance
For users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data based on your consent. Third-party advertisers (AdMob) may serve personalized ads only if you grant explicit consent via our in-app consent form. You can modify your choices at any time within the Application settings.

For users residing in California, you have the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (including device identifiers used for targeted advertising).
