These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Youtify – Music & Playlists mobile app (the "App"). In these Terms, "Youtify", "we", "our" or "us" refers to the provider of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App

Youtify helps you discover, organize and listen to music and playlists. Music, videos, artwork and related information shown in the App are owned and provided by third parties. Youtify does not host this content or store it on its own servers, and does not claim ownership of it. Your library, including favorites, playlists and history, is stored on your device.

2. Third-party content and services

Content available through the App comes from third-party services, including YouTube. By using the App to access content from YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Your use of any other third-party service is also subject to that service's terms and policies.

Youtify is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by YouTube, Google or any other content provider or rights holder. All third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party content may change, be removed or become unavailable at any time without notice. If a third-party service changes or stops working, features of the App that depend on it may also change or stop working. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it.

3. Your use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. You may use the App only for your personal, non-commercial use, and in compliance with these Terms, applicable law and the terms of any third-party service you access through the App. You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others;

• copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App;

• reverse engineer the App or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law allows; or

• interfere with or disrupt the App or the services it relies on.

4. Premium subscriptions and purchases

Youtify offers optional Premium purchases, which remove ads in the App and unlock additional features. Prices and subscription periods are shown in the App before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of the trial ends when you purchase a subscription.

• If a lifetime option is offered, it is a one-time payment and does not renew.

• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Premium does not guarantee the availability of any particular third-party content.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App displays ads provided by third-party ad networks. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

6. Intellectual property

The App itself, including its design, code, name and logo, is owned by us and protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the App under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

7. Copyright and content concerns

If you believe content accessible through the App infringes your rights, please contact us at youtify.studio@gmail.com with details of the content and your claim. We will review each notice and respond as appropriate.

8. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date when we do. If you continue to use the App after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App or any content will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any third-party content. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

12. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, regulatory or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
