About Us

Youth PSC (Powerful Skills Community) is an informal youth group based in Cyprus, founded by young professionals and changemakers passionate about empowering others.

While our official name is Youth Powerful Skills Community, we simply go by Youth PSC.

We aim to create opportunities that strengthen individuals through non-formal education, personal development, and collective action. With a strong focus on empathy, mental health, and inclusion, we strive to make personal and interpersonal growth both accessible and enjoyable for all.

Our team brings extensive experience in European projects, having taken part as participants, leaders, volunteers, and organizers at both national and international levels. This rich involvement has shaped our skills, perspectives, and innovative approach, laying the groundwork for launching our own impactful initiatives.

We focus on non-formal education, using diverse and creative methods, including the power of sports and experiential learning, to ensure engaging, inclusive, and dynamic experiences. Through these, we not only share knowledge but also foster personal growth, well-being, and a strong sense of community among the youth we work with.
