Surprise Puzzle-Fitoshiki

Rules:

1. The four by four grid is filled with digits from 1 to 4.

2. Each digit must occur only once in every row and column.

3. The inequality sign (< or >) indicate if the digit in a particular square is larger than another.

Note : The ' .. 'do not mean anything.
