A:. Youth turning 14+ In 2026 are allowed to attend this years youth conference trek.
Q: How much does it cost to attend Youth Conference?
A:. Stake Youth Conference Is free to attend. We encourage all youth 14+ to join us for the trek!
Q: What time do I need to be dropped off at Millar Oaks Ranch?
A: Arrive at Millar Oaks Ranch at 9:00am. We encourage parents to work with ward leaders to arrange rides. We also encourage carpooling to reduce the impact to the Millar property and their neighbors who share the same road.
Q: Can youth drive themselves to camp?
A: Due to liability concerns, ALL YOUTH (even those that are 18) must be driven to camp by a parent or church leader. Carpooling is advised, so long as all parties are agreeable.
Q: Can I bring a friend that is not a member of our church?
A: Yes! Our friends who are not a member of our faith will still need to sign-up using the registration form and should be aware of the standards and expectations of Youth Conference. They should mark "Guest" and then have the option of having a friend that they will be assigned to a group with.
Q: What if I can't be there for the whole time at camp?
A: You will need to make arrangements with your parents and leaders to drop you off and pick you up at the necessary times.
Q: Medical Questions
A: Please be sure to include any medical conditions or concerns in your registration form when signing up for camp. For any additional questions, contact a member of your stake youth leadership.
Q: What can I not bring to camp?
A: Personal firearms (including Peace Officer weapons), ammunition, personal archery equipment, slingshots, wrist-rockets, fireworks, alcohol, illegal drugs, drones, remote controlled vehicles, ATVs, golf carts, motorized dirt bikes, electric bikes or scooters, skateboards, personal watercraft of any type, and pets are prohibited, except for service animals for the sight-impaired with documentation.
Q: I'm a parent, can I visit Youth Conference to watch the activities?
A: No, unless you have been approved and invited by a member of your stake leadership and have an assigned role at the conference. There are campground and venue reservations that limit the total number of individuals that we have space for. If there are special needs or considerations, parents may reach out to leaders or include notes in the registration form, for consideration.
