In this project, for 20 days, 20 youth aged 18 until 30 gain experience and skills in sound technique, learning about the equipment and management of sound for events and theatres.

They will gain practical experience, conceiving, organizing and producing an event about intergenerational solidarity bringing different generations from the local population together in a village ball, where folklore meets more modern musical expressions.

After getting to know each other and deciding on practical matters, the participants will get to work. Their time will be divided between lots of practice in sound technique and the preparation of the event.

At the event, they will get the chance to put their newly gained skills and knowledge to test in a real world situation. After the event, time will be dedicated to producing a video, using the footage of the concerts and the recorded sound.
