DEPOSIT POLICY
First-time clients can expect a 20% non-refundable deposit. After that I do not take deposits under $100; however, if you fail to cancel within 3 days of pickup I will not take any future orders from you
$100+ will have a 20% non-refundable deposit due to book, payable via payment link. If you fail to cancel within 3 days of pickup, your 20% deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee, as I've already invested in planning, shopping, and prepping for your order.

LATE FEE POLICY
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without any communication, it will incur a $10 late fee that must be paid to receive your cake.
I do not operate as a storefront with open/closed hours. I cannot run errands, move onto other tasks, or go to my second job if you fail to show on time. Please respect my time and communicate lateness or reschedule.

Hold the box from the bottom at all times
Please allow your cake to reach room temperature for 1-2+ hours for the best texture & flavor
All specialty fillings must be stored in the fridge if not thawing to eat to prevent spoilage

Orders are ready for pickup @ 6 pm on Mondays, and anytime between 10 am -6 pm on Saturdays
Cakes are good in the fridge for 3-5 days. If a date you need is booked, try to choose the closest next date.
An order with an edible image must be placed 2 weeks in advance.
The only options on my menu that are not made from scratch are the cookie butter, cookies & cream, & peanut butter fillings. Ganaches are made from scratch with premade chocolate chips.
Deeply colored cakes, such as black, red, or dark blue, can potentially alter the taste of the icing, although this is not common and can temporarily stain your mouth. Since these colors require more food coloring and are more labor-intensive, they will be subject to an upcharge.
I post videos & photos of completed cakes, same day or the day after pickup. If your cake is a surprise, please ask me to postpone posting until the specified date.
Designs will match your reference photos as best as possible, but I cannot guarantee it’ll be an exact replication, as every cake decorator's style is different.
I do not do grocery store-styled cakes.
My cakes are only decorated in Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
