2. Easy Returns: For certain products, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy. These items can be returned without providing a reason, as long as they meet the general return conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Intimate goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong product, you can initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. For some certain products, we do provides the reverse pick up service ourselves, check it before you place the return request.
2. Return Authorization: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchange Policy
1. Product Exchanges: if you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
2. Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same conditions as returns.
