Adult Books

What are adult books?

Adult books are dedicated to books appropriate for ages 18+. In reference to the rating rubric, adult books may have up to 40 points overall and up to five points in each category. For more information on the rating rubric, refer the "Rating Rubric" tab.

Since Your Level Reading was based on a middle school and younger reading level, there are no books on our initial database that are rated for adults. To find adult books, you can use this similar site from which many of the book summaries are from: Common Sense Media . Or, you can view the tab named, "Other viewers' book ratings" to search for books that other people, using this website, rated as Adult level material.
