This Privacy Policy applies to the Your Friend Aya mobile application ("Application"), a service intended for use by children and their parents.
The Service Provider, Dallel Guir, is deeply committed to protecting the privacy of children. The Application does not knowingly collect, store, or solicit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children under the age of 13.
We do not require registration, collect names, emails, addresses, or phone numbers.
All user activity is treated as anonymous and not linked to any specific device or individual child.
The Application is intended for use "AS IS" and its primary focus is zero data collection.
Automatically Collected Information: The Application does not gather or store precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Usage Data: We collect only aggregated, non-identifiable, anonymized data solely for the purpose of app stability and technical performance (e.g., crash reports and device type). This data cannot be used to identify any individual user.
The Application utilizes the following third-party services which are used exclusively for payment and technical functionality and are configured to be compliant with children's privacy standards (COPPA, GDPR-K):
Google Play Services: Used for processing the subscription purchase and managing the payment lifecycle.
RevenueCat: Used as a secure, non-PII, third-party platform to manage the subscription status (active, expired) and ensure that a parent’s purchase is correctly recognized across devices.
Expo: Used for technical build and deployment.
Data Retention Policy: As we do not collect PII, there is no personal data to retain. Technical, aggregated crash logs are retained only for the duration needed to resolve bugs.
Children Under 13: The Application is designed for children. We do not use the Application to knowingly market to or solicit any PII from children under 13. In the event a parent or guardian discovers that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take the necessary steps to delete the information.
Security: We utilize industry-standard safeguards to protect the non-identifiable, aggregated information we maintain.
