We go through Client's form, create a job profile from it and send it out to our pool of domestic job seekers, find candidates that match, select, screen, interview them and send Candidates' brief to the Client.
Depending on distance, we will connect Client and Candidate(s) up for a virtual Interview or if distance is not a problem, we will send the Candidate(s) to the Clientfor physical evaluation, and if we get Client's approval, Client will here after pay a preferred Agency Fee Package.
Our background verifications are professionally carried out by a verification company and this package covers only Identity and Address verification on the approved Staff and 2 of their Guarantors. Please note that, it doesn't cover Medical checks, but just incase Client wants us to handle the medical checks, they may go with the medical checks package, we use Afriglobal Medicare and the cost of this service is totally different from our other Agency Fee Packages.
We highly recommend to vet Staff before they resume work fully, they may just be on maximum 2 weeks probation for verification reports to be out.
The fee is coming after approval, so as to remove the fear that most people usually have of having to pay and not end up getting someone they like.
For the salary, offer is totally depending on Client, the Employer. But the least salary offer we take is the minimum wage of 30k, as we are a registered company and are bind by the Nigerian laws. As a recruiting and not a staffing company, salary would be payed directly from Employer to Employee. Although, we usually have a Commission percentage from Employee's first month's salary only, which is 50percent. So their first salary could be sent to us to collect our Commission and send the remaining half to them. But consequently, employee will be payed directly.
Also, our Recruits are mandated to work for at least 6 months. So, we do replacement, for free, twice in a year.
The form will request Client and Candidate's NIN. This is because overtime, we have had a cause to verify the identity of our clients as well as the Candidates too, to give both Clients & Candidates an assurance that they are into safe hands/households.
In conclusion, we charge a Processing Fee of 5k to activate each Client's request.
