Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. Our refund and rescheduling policy is designed to ensure fairness for both participants and our team, while maintaining a smooth experience for all.

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Participants

• You may cancel or reschedule your date by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

• If you cancel or request rescheduling less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, a ₹500 penalty will be applied and deducted from your refund.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in no refund and may lead to a ban from future events.
  
  

2. Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.
  
  

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  
  

3. Behavior & Refund Eligibility

• If a participant is found misbehaving, violating event guidelines, or making their partner uncomfortable, they will be blacklisted from future events without refund.
  
  

• Our top priority is creating a respectful, safe, and enjoyable space for all daters. Anyone who disrupts this will not be eligible for any kind of compensation.
