Let me tell you a secret:
I used to wake up every Monday feeling like my brain just hit “shuffle.” Random tasks. Random thoughts. Zero structure. 😵💫
But then I discovered something that changed everything...
I started planning my week in just 15 minutes.
Yup — no fancy apps, no complicated methods. Just a simple printable planner that gave my brain a map to follow.
And guess what?
You can do this too — even if you’re super busy, super distracted, or super tired.

Imagine this like a game. You only have 15 minutes. That’s like one episode of your favorite cartoon.
Grab your planner, pen, and maybe a snack 🍪.
Then press start on the timer. Let’s go!

Think of your week like a jar.
You have to put the BIG rocks in first — school, work, meetings, appointments.
Write those things down first.
In my planner, I use the top section to write these "non-negotiables."
✔ Meeting with client — Monday, 10 AM
✔ Content creation — Tuesday, 2 PM
✔ Grocery shopping — Saturday, 5 PM
Simple. Clear. Done.

Now think of medium rocks — things you should do.
These are things like:
Exercise
Cleaning
Finishing that book
Scheduling social media posts
In my printable planner, there's space for each day to write 2-3 “shoulds.”
If I skip one? No problem. I just move it to tomorrow. 👌

This is key to not going crazy.
For each day, I pick just 3 things I really want to finish.
Why? Because if everything’s a priority, then nothing is.
Example for Wednesday:
✅ Edit email newsletter
✅ Record TikTok video
✅ Clean workspace
That’s it. Everything else is bonus. 🏆

Here’s the magic:
Every day, I write one thing that brings me joy.
“Have a walk with music”
“Call my best friend”
“Bake banana muffins”
“Dance break” 💃
Planning isn’t just about tasks — it’s about energy, joy, and LIFE.

Use colors! Pink for personal, blue for work, green for money stuff, yellow for fun.
Your brain loves color. It’s like giving your to-do list a party hat. 🎉
✔ You stop guessing what to do next
✔ You feel like a boss — because you are
✔ You make space for fun, not just “busy”
✔ You stop wasting hours being “kind of productive”
