About Me

My name is  John Lucas and I offer personal computer instruction and technical support at your home or office, by phone or via remote computer access. As a retired teacher, librarian and technology facilitator in the public school system, I have over 30 years of experience working with computers. I have taught people of all ages from kids to senior citizens about  how to use their computer and software applications to meet their specific needs.

I have been a part-time computer instructor at Portland Community College where I have taught  a variety of classes  including iPad, iPhone, Microsoft Office, Picasa, Intro to Windows, Google Docs and Google Drive. I have also been  a columnist on computer-related topics for the Portland Tribune's Boom! Boomers and Beyond magazine.
