3.2. Prices may change without prior notice.
3.3. Custom cake prices vary depending on size, flavor, design, and level of detail.
3.4. Delivery fees are not included in product prices and are charged separately.
4.1. Orders may be placed through the website, official social media pages, or in-store.
4.2. For custom cakes, full details—design, flavor, size, and date—must be confirmed before production.
4.3. Your-Choice reserves the right to decline orders that cannot be completed within the requested timeline or violate design policies.
4.4. Orders are considered final once payment or required deposit is received.
5.1. Your-Choice accepts the following payment methods:

Cash (for in-store transactions)
5.2. Full payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders.
5.3. Payments must be made before the order is processed.
6.1. Custom cake orders are non-refundable once production has started.
6.2. Standard orders may be canceled at least 7 days/1week before the pickup or delivery time.
6.3. Refunds are not issued for:
Wrong information provided by the customer
Late pickup by the customer
Design preference changes after production
6.4. If Your-Choice cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
7.1. Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers such as Grab, Lalamove, or our in-house delivery team.
7.2. Delivery time may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier availability.
7.3. Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Your-Choice is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
8.1. Customers may request color palettes, themes, and design inspirations, but exact replication is not guaranteed.
8.2. Minor variations may occur due to artistic interpretation, ingredient availability, temperature, and handcrafted nature.
8.3. Custom cake changes must be requested at least 3–5 days before the delivery/pickup date.
8.4. Additional charges may apply for design revisions.
9.1. Products may contain or come into contact with dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and gluten.
9.2. Customers with allergies must notify Your-Choice before ordering.
9.3. Your-Choice is not liable for allergic reactions if the customer fails to disclose dietary restrictions.
10.1. Promo codes, coupons, and seasonal discounts cannot be combined unless stated.
10.2. Promotions are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
11.1. All website content—images, text, logos, graphics, and designs—belongs to Your-Choice.
11.2. Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without permission is strictly prohibited.

15.2. Cakes must be kept in a cool, air-conditioned environment and should not be left under direct sunlight or in humid areas.
15.3. Refrigerated cakes should be chilled for at least 1–2 hours before serving to maintain structure.
15.4. Once delivered or picked up, the product is considered accepted in good condition unless issues are reported immediately.
16.1. Bulk, corporate, or event orders must be booked at least 2–4 weeks in advance.
16.2. A 50% down payment may be required to secure the date.
16.3. Additional fees may apply for custom flavors, multiple-tier cakes, premium decorations, or rush events.
16.4. Customers must provide accurate event details such as location, schedule, setup time, and contact person.
16.5. Your-Choice is not responsible for venue restrictions, late venue access, or event timing issues.
17.1. Customers must carefully review order details before confirming.
17.2. Any incorrect information (e.g., size, flavor, pickup time, address) is the customer's responsibility.
17.3. Customers must inspect products upon receipt and notify Your-Choice immediately if issues are found.
17.4. Customers agree not to submit inappropriate, offensive, harmful, or illegal design requests.
17.5. Customers must be reachable via phone or Messenger on the day of delivery.
18.1. The website may temporarily be unavailable due to updates, maintenance, or technical issues beyond our control.
18.2. Your-Choice is not liable for downtime, errors, or delays caused by system interruptions, hosting issues, or user device problems.
18.3. Access to certain features may be limited or suspended during upgrades.
19.1. The website may link to or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., couriers, payment apps, social media).
19.2. Your-Choice is not responsible for third-party errors, delays, or service outages.
