• Shop Name (User Name)

• Email Address

• Account creation and login using Firebase Authentication

b) Customer Contact Information

• Customer Names

• Customer Phone Numbers (entered manually by the user)

Purpose:

• To allow users to:

  • Call customers via device dialer

  • Send messages via WhatsApp (e.g., order notifications)

Important:

• We do NOT access your phone contacts automatically

• We do NOT share customer phone numbers with third parties

c) Transaction Data

We collect:

• Order details

• Payment amounts

• Payment status/history

Purpose:

• To provide core cash management functionality

d) App Usage Data

We may collect app interaction data (via analytics tools like Firebase Analytics).

Purpose:
