The data is collected manually from user and input into system. The data is used for system authentication and authorization.

Only own user and system administration has right to access the personal data

We implemented user authentication and authorization for system accessing. Only own user has right to retrieve and modify his/her data.
What rights users have over their data?
User can modify their data except username.
