Tess Jannery-Barney is a junior at Langley High School and is so excited for Your Carving Footprint! She has loved working with the amazing cast and crew. She especially wants to thank her club Co-Captain/Stage Manager Cristina for being there for her through every meeting, audition, rehearsal, and facetime, and Mr. Kaufman for his support throughout the whole process and for giving the opportunity to create a student-written piece. Tess loves singing, dancing, hiking, and baking, and in addition to After Hours, she is also on the Langley Improv and Cappies Critic teams. She is currently working on plans for a summer production of a musical she wrote called Static: Noise of a New Musical (@staticmusical). Tess hopes everyone has fun and enjoys the performance of Your Carving Footprint!
Cristina Sayegh is a senior at Langley high school and has been doing theatre with Saxon stage for 4 years. Her first production was ensemble in Mamma Mia! Now she is a stage manager for “Your Carving Footprint!” She started the After Hours club last year with Tess as a way to write plays and produce them with fellow students. She is so exited to put on the first Saxon stage after hours production in person!
Conner Tone is a sophomore, and this is his second time doing tech. He used to act, but found that tech appealed to him more after being a part of stage crew in Murder on the Orient Express. He hopes everyone enjoys the show and all the hard work put into it!
Mary Muir is a senior at Langley High School and has been a part of Saxon Stage since her freshman year. Specializing in lighting, she also has experience with set construction, sound, props, run crew, and sleep deprivation during tech week. Your Carving Footprint has been an exciting opportunity so far and she’d like to thank her cast and crew, friends, family, and all those who came to see the show today. Enjoy!
