Case mangers work with young adults one-on-one to identify goals and create plans to meet them. Goals can be anything from getting an ID or learners permit, applying for school or work, to finding a new place to live. Younity staff use the TIP (Transition to Independence) model of case management.
Peer mentors are experienced young adults available to provide direct support to other young adults. They ensure our services and programs are culturally relevant, inclusive, accessible and most importantly, youth-driven.
All Younity staff are able to talk with youth and help connect them to outside services if applicable. Younity can help connect you to mental health supports, housing supports, essential needs, job preparement training, HiSET/GED programs, and more!
