Youngjun Choi
Youngjun Choi
I am a Ph.D. student at Total Experience (TX) Lab, advised by Prof. Jinjoon Lee.
My research investigates the art and technology of mediated atmospheres, with an emphasis on developing computational methodologies that integrate studies of visual and sonic environments. I focus on processing multimodal data to render them suitable for training and interpretation through neural representations, frequently employing algorithmic approaches to speculative composition. The overarching goal is to extend these methodologies to applications in built environments and urban systems, thereby enriching the experiential dimensions of human habitation.
