Who initiated Young 21?
Ms Aditi Banerjee a 17-year-old from Dhaka, Bangladesh took this initiative to make the youth realise its power and with them, make the world a better place.
Why did she think of commencing such an organization?
The world is pacing towards such a stage where the number of crimes would one day be more than the total population. But the real story that so powerfully impacted our founder that she thought of starting a youth-driven organization was an incident in her own country where the students campaigned to get justice for a girl who died in an evil and planned accident.
How is Young 21 equipped to lead to change?
Ms. Aditi says, ”Initially, just like every other organization we would not be much supported and known, but what makes us different from others is our spirit to make the change and improve and learn till we do what we stood up for.” Hence one may infer that Young 21 is equipped with its determination to make the change.
What agendas do we mainly focus on?
As Young 21 is an organization solely devoted to youth, so our focus is to change the stereotypical stigma and norms regarding how young people should live their lives versus their own choice of living it their way, rapes, gender biasing, body shaming, and most of the other prominent problems of the decade.
How are youngsters the aptest ones to bring reform to societal structure?
Because youngsters not only live in the present but also are the future of the world, and they are the most powerful of all age groups. And can even pressurize the powerholders to kneel and bring what is called “change for good.”

1) Attending Young 21’s workshops, events, and webinars would not only provide you valuable certificates strengthening your resume or have a great learning experience like nowhere else but it would also help you do your part for the society, by helping us in bringing the change.
2) Joining as a team member-- It would provide you with a great work experience, an amiable and helpful team, and also valuable certificates to add to your CV. Besides, the best team members also get social media recognition, LORs, and LOAs.
Why does Young 21 believe in ”Be the change?”
Because “Change is the only constant in life” and change is the law of the universe but more than that a change for good is all that the world needs now.
When did the organization come into force?
On 1st August , 2021, Sunday. It is the beginning and blooming period.
