Presentations consist of a 10 minutes talk and 5 minutes Q&A

The presenters should email their slides to dfysc-organizers@digitalfutures.kth.se by February 21

To check if the slides are properly displayed you can come on the day of your presentation between 09:00 and 09:30

The presentations will be held in the ground floor rooms (A108 on Feb 22, A123 on Feb 23)

Poster sessions are 1.5 hours long

The poster frames will be set up in the Digital Futures hub (first floor)

Maximum size is A1 in portrait orientation (A2 in landscape orientation)

Presenters should come to the DF hub 5-10 minutes before their session to set up the posters

Presenters need to print their posters (for people affiliated with KTH: you can rely on the US-AB printing serivce, see here)
