Young Professional Program is a leadership development program of ThaiNamthip that aims to build future leaders to support current and future business growth.

Candidates who pass the selection process will be assigned to work in specific function as applied that suit with their knowledge and experience. Selected candidates will be assigned challenge projects and assignments by line functions as appropriate.

During the first 6 months, ThaiNamthip will arrange “Young Professional Learning Program” to equip selected candidates with required business knowledge and understanding of ThaiNamthip’s business and its fundamental processes along with working in specific function.

By using multiple development activities such as Design Thinking, Business Training, Business Practices, Essential Skill Development, LeaderSHiFT Camp, Life Skill Development and Project Assignment etc., conducted by ThaiNamthip’s management team and leading universities in Thailand, selected candidates will have clear understanding of ThaiNamthip’s business in short time and apply to their work. This learning program will ensure that they will have not only adequate preparation for their current assignments, but also necessary readiness to be future leaders.

If you are…

• Age 25-35 years.

• Bachelor degree or higher with GPA. 2.75

Majors:

Operation : Engineer, Science. Industrial Engineering, Food Science.

Procurement : Engineering, Science , Economic, Finance

Business Solution : Management of Information Systems, IT

Emerging Beverages Business : Business Administration, Finance, Economic, Statistic

Strategic Planning : Computer Science, Business Administrative, Finance, Statistic

Organization Development (HRM & HRD) : Psychology, Social Science, Humanities, Education

Commercial : Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum 2 years working experience relating to your education background.

• Good command of English.

• Good computer skills especially MS Office: Words, Excel, Power-point and Internet.

• Pleasant personality, Good interpersonal with excellent working attitude.

• Open-minded, proactive, result-oriented with high integrity, enthusiastic and team player.

• Able to travel periodically to up-country.
