YOUNG-ADNERT is a youth organization whose purpose is to promulgate and implement policies, measures and other means in relation to DRRM and CCA in partnership with the Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte, Department of Education (Agusan del Norte and Cabadbaran City Division), and Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils of Agusan del Norte
The foundation of the organization was on November 21, 2012 with 165 members. As of 2022 records, we have approximately 1000 active members all over the province while having more or less 500 graduate members (data for consolidation) that are also recognized as YOUNG-ADNERT Alumni.

YOUNG-ADNERT is a youth organization whose members' age ranging between 13-19 years old and residing in the province of Agusan del Norte. Mainly, members are from private or public secondary schools in the province.
