My career and community involvement have given me the opportunity to work alongside residents, workers, businesses, and local leaders, and I want to bring that experience to protecting Scotts Valley’s water future.

This experience has strengthened my understanding of responsible public investment, labor, and the importance of balancing fiscal responsibility with the needs of the people public agencies serve.

As a member of the Executive Board of the Democratic Club of Northern Santa Cruz County, I help engage community members in local issues and civic participation.
While the Water District is a nonpartisan public agency, this work has taught me the value of listening to people with different perspectives, building consensus, and making thoughtful decisions in service of the broader community.

As an Ambassador for the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce, I work with local businesses and community leaders to promote a thriving local economy. Reliable infrastructure is essential to that goal.
Our water system supports residents, businesses, and future generations, and I believe we need to approach its future with sound financial planning and responsible stewardship.

Scotts Valley deserves a water system that is well-maintained today, prepared for the challenges of tomorrow, and managed with the long-term interests of our entire community in mind.
I would be honored to bring my experience in public service, labor, community advocacy, and local business to the Scotts Valley Water District Board.
