Yossi Gerson is a seasoned Financial Strategist and Operations Executive, currently serving as the Director of Operations at TAD Investment Group. With a deep background in financial planning, data analysis, and operational leadership, Gerson excels at driving organizational excellence and implementing transformational strategies. In his role, he contributes to TAD’s growth by leveraging his extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to optimize operational processes.

Before joining TAD, Gerson held a significant role at Milrose Capital, where he was instrumental in portfolio diversification and strategic growth, managing over $1.5B in assets and overseeing large-scale acquisitions. In 2017, he founded SNFdash, an automated data analysis platform focused on Business Intelligence tools, which allowed him to further hone his skills in project management and business strategy. Through SNFdash, Gerson developed innovative data solutions, enhancing his leadership in financial operations and scalable growth models.
