This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Yo Soy Watch (the "Developer," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of our custom watch face applications for the Wear OS operating system (the "Watch Faces" or "App").

1. Information Collection and Use

1.1. Personal Data and Device Information

We are committed to full transparency regarding user data.

Our Watch Faces, by design, are generally intended to be display-only applications. They DO NOT collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from the user's device.

This means:

• No Personal Data Collected: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, unique device identifiers, or any other information that could personally identify you.

• No Server-Side Data Storage: We do not operate any backend servers for our Watch Faces and therefore do not store any user data.

1.2. Access to Sensitive Data via Complications (if applicable)

Our Watch Faces may utilize Complications to display information directly from your Wear OS device or other installed applications (e.g., Google Fit, Weather apps).

• Data Access: When a user selects a Complication, the Watch Face will temporarily access data such as steps count, heart rate, or location (if a weather complication is used) only for the purpose of displaying it on the screen.

• No Data Storage or Transmission: This sensitive data is read directly from the Wear OS platform and is never stored, recorded, or transmitted by the Watch Face to the Developer or any third party. The data remains securely on your device.

• User Control: The User has complete control over which Complications are displayed and which permissions are granted to the source apps providing that data.

2. Third-Party Services

Our Watch Faces may integrate with or rely on standard third-party services that are essential to the functionality of the Wear OS platform and Google Play:

• Google Play Services: Used for app distribution, licensing, and standard device-to-watch communication.

• Wear OS System Complications: As noted above, the Watch Face may read data from third-party Complication Data Providers (e.g., steps from a health app). The privacy practices of these third-party providers are governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage Users to read them.

3. Data Security

We adopt appropriate data collection practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of any information. Given that our Watch Faces do not collect or store personal data, the primary security of the information remains on the User's device, protected by the security features of the Wear OS operating system.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Watch Faces are not directed to or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information, they should contact us.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Yo Soy Watch has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

6. Your Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Watch Face, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Watch Faces. Your continued use of the Watch Faces following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
