At Yorpy™ ("we", "our", or "the Company"), the privacy of your memories is absolute. This Privacy Policy explains how we manage technical permissions and protect your information when you use our mobile application Diario (hereinafter, "the Application").

Our core philosophy is Privacy by Design and a Zero Data architecture: the Application is built to function locally (offline) as much as possible, guaranteeing that your personal content never leaves your device.

1. Restricted Access via Subscription The Application operates under an exclusive access model. The user acknowledges and accepts that to access the functions of the Application, they must have an active subscription managed through the official Google Play billing system or, alternatively, verified through a membership on our official Patreon page.

2. Information we DO NOT collect (Local Processing and Zero Data) Due to the local processing architecture of the Application, Yorpy™ DOES NOT collect, transmit, store, or have access to:

• Personal Memories: All texts, goals, photographs, and voice notes are stored exclusively in the physical memory of your device.

• Inexistence of Data Servers: Yorpy™ does not use cloud servers to process, synchronize, or store your diary information. We have no access to what you write.

• No Sale of Data: Yorpy™ does not collect, sell, or process behavioral data, usage analytics, or user profiles.

3. Declaration of Technical Permissions For the correct functioning of local tools, the Application requires access to the following permissions. Access is used strictly to enable hardware and internal functions; WE DO NOT track or share this information:

• Biometrics (USE_BIOMETRIC): Used to allow the user to unlock the diary using fingerprint or facial recognition. Yorpy™ does not store or extract your biometric data.

• Access to Images and Files: A technical requirement for the user to manually select photos from their gallery to include in their diary pages.

• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Necessary exclusively for the "Record Voice" function, allowing audio notes to be added to memories. Audio is processed and stored in an encrypted manner only on your phone.

• Internet / Network: Used momentarily and restricted solely to authenticate login via Firebase, manage purchases with Google Play Billing, and verify subscription status (on Google Play or Patreon) every 30 days.

4. Information we PROCESS for Verification (Not stored) To verify your right to use premium functions, we process a single piece of data temporarily:

• Email Address: When logging in (via email/password or Google account), the Firebase system acts as a secure authentication bridge. We process your email solely and exclusively as an "identification key" to verify your subscription status. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services and Data Independence

• Firebase (Google LLC): We use Firebase Authentication to manage your login in an encrypted way. Yorpy™ does not store passwords or have access to your Google account.

• Google Play Billing: Subscriptions made inside the app are processed entirely by Google. Yorpy™ does not receive, process, or store credit card information or banking details.

• Patreon (Alternative Payment Management): For users who choose this method, Yorpy™ does not receive, process, or store any financial information. Everything Patreon collects is governed exclusively by Patreon's privacy policies.

6. Data Security (Military Grade Encryption) We have implemented advanced security measures to protect your information on the device:

• AES-256 GCM Encryption: All locally stored data and exported backup files are protected by this algorithm. Decryption is only possible through the Application on your device, validated by your identity.

7. Your Rights (Control over your information)

• Deletion of Local Data: As an offline app, to erase all traces of memories, documents, and preferences, simply select "Clear Data/Cache" from your system settings or uninstall the Application.

• UGC: The user retains absolutely all copyrights over the user-generated content (UGC) they create or save within their diary.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction This policy is governed by the laws of the República Oriental del Uruguay. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Montevideo.
