This March, in honor of International Women’s Day, the Human Rights Hub (HRH) organized a visit to the Women & War Museum. This visit provided a unique opportunity to learn about the stories of comfort women — survivors who endured immense suffering and violence during the height of Japanese militarism and later faced ongoing struggles to raise awareness and seek justice.
For anyone interested in history and human rights, this was a chance to explore one of the most painful chapters in the history of East and Southeast Asia in the 20th century.
