Acceptable forms of identification:
At least one of the following unexpired documents is required for the signer and any witnesses (if applicable):
United States passport
United States passport card
Certificate of United States Citizenship
Foreign passport
United States green card with photograph
State-issued driver's license
United States military ID card
FEES:
I provide affordable mobile notary services. The prices listed include the state-required notary fee and any travel costs.
$5 per stamped document.
Travel Fees varies:
10 - 15 miles radius $10 - $15
20 - 50 mile radious $20 - $50
Please be advised, if the appointment cannot be completed due to lack of witnesses, valid ID or any other reason on the signer's behalf, a $25 incomplete appointment fee will still be owed. If you reschedule within 48 hours, $10 will applied to the new appointment.
