1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how YONO Kraken ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you download and use the App. YONO Kraken is a free-to-play ocean-themed casual card game that includes a lobby of card games (such as a 21-style card game, trick-taking and matching puzzles) together with daily quests, check-in rewards, a leaderboard, a virtual shop and a sea-creature collection. By installing or continuing to use the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect limited information that is reasonably necessary to operate the App and support advertising measurement and analytics:
- Identifiers: the advertising identifier (for example, the Google Advertising ID), Android ID, and installation or instance identifiers generated by analytics and measurement services (for example, the Facebook anonymous device GUID and the Firebase app instance ID);

- Network information: IP address, network type (for example, Wi-Fi or mobile data) and connectivity status;
- Usage information: app launches, content loaded within the App, and basic error and performance logs.
We do not collect precise geolocation. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email address or phone number in order to use the App. Game progress, scores and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. Any in-game currency or coins are virtual only: they have no real-world value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

- Provide, operate and maintain the App and its features;
- Route and display the game content you request within the App;
- Maintain security and prevent fraud, abuse and technical issues;

The App is free to play and does not involve real-money gambling or require any real-money purchase. You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad personalization at any time through the advertising settings on your device.

8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the applicable age of digital consent in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
