She has led strategic growth and created meaningful customer experiences across a wide range of segments—from traditional operations to luxury travel, from health tourism to digital transformation.

Throughout her career, she has established high-level travel services, including American Express Travel & Concierge Services and Garanti Bank’s Shop&Smiles travel program under Be Travel & Be Quintessentially, and has managed 24/7 operational teams.

She pioneered the launch and growth of www.kolayyolculuk.com, a travel platform that spearheaded the digitalization of the tourism sector. She also created a sustainable operational environment by integrating the platform with world-renowned metasearch engines like Skyscanner and Momondo.

She continued her work in the rapidly growing Health Tourism sector in Turkey, through Turkcure, a sub-brand of SuperPay Tourism and Information Technologies Company. She was involved from the ground up, obtaining necessary licenses, building and managing teams, coordinating international patient traffic, and collaborating with numerous renowned hospitals, clinics, and medical aesthetics professionals.

Currently, she works as a consultant specializing in strategy, luxury travel and accommodation, health tourism, and digital innovation.
She helps businesses rethink their models, optimize their operations, and gain a competitive advantage in global markets.
