Welcome to YoMS, a mobile Minesweeper game.
By downloading, installing, or using YoMS, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
YoMS is free to download and provides limited access to a beginner mode. Additional game modes and features can be unlocked via a one-time purchase (lifetime) or a subscription.
YoMS may integrate with Apple Game Center to:
display global leaderboards
record scores
unlock achievements
Use of Game Center is optional and subject to your Apple account. YoMS does not manage or control your Game Center account.
YoMS offers:
a one-time purchase (full unlock)
All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
Important notes:
YoMS does not handle refunds directly
YoMS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
copy, modify, or distribute the app
reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes
YoMS is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous availability.
We reserve the right to:
modify or remove features
update the application
temporarily or permanently suspend access
YoMS is provided without warranties. We are not liable for:

service interruptions
indirect or consequential damages arising from use
